  1. When placing an order, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required, payable in cash or by cheque. This will be deducted from the final balance due.
  2. A full invoice will be supplied along with the proofs for approval, with the full balance to be paid when the proofs have been checked and returned.  Payment can be made by cheque, or in cash.  Full payment must be received before the order can be despatched.
  3. Proofs will require to be checked carefully, signed and returned, clearly indicating any amendments. Amended proofs will be made available for checking prior to completion of the order. Luckenbooth Weddings will accept no responsibility for any alterations required after proofs have been approved and signed for by the client. These will be charged according to the amount of work required to rectify mistakes.
  4. Cancellation of orders once completed will require payment in full.
  5. Clients must allow six weeks from the return of proofs until the completion of the order, therefore orders should be placed no later than seven weeks prior to the date required – usually 13 weeks before the wedding, to allow time for proof checking.
    Under certain circumstances, orders may be undertaken at shorter notice, but these will be subject to an additional charge which will be quoted for at the time.
  6. FOR UK & NI DELIVERY:  Clients may choose STANDARD delivery FREE of charge for their first delivery (Save the Date or Invitations).  Subsequent deliveries are charged
    at £5.  Alternatively, we can provide SPECIAL delivery at a rate of £5 for the initial delivery and £10 for additional deliveries. Deliveries made by Standard ParcelForce may take up to eight days to be delivered but if the Special Delivery option is selected, then next day, signed for delivery within the UK will be available.
    Luckenbooth Weddings accepts no responsibility for orders once they have been despatched.
    FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK:  Additional charges may apply and will be quoted for.

  1. Luckenbooth Weddings reserves the right to alter designs and materials used should this become necessary, at any time, without prior notice, though every effort will be made to consult with the client in this case.
  2. Although every effort is made to maintain consistency throughout every order, the nature of handcrafted items means that there may be slight variations, and every item will be unique.
  3. Any price increases will not affect any orders that have already been taken.
  4. Luckenbooth Weddings retains copyright to all stationery designs, graphic images, photographic images and documents used throughout the website and any marketing material, and they may not be copied or reproduced in any medium whatsoever without the express consent of Karen Blackburn at Luckenbooth Weddings.
  5. This document does not make any offer of contract to the reader, and only orders placed and accepted with cleared payment are binding.
